NewOpto offers
InGaAs Detector, which is InGaAs PIN photodiode with active sensor surfaces up to 3mm in diameter. The diodes feature low dark currents and high sensitivity up to 1700nm wavelength. A model enhanced for the visible wavelength range is also available. Housing options include both hermetic TO solutions as well as SMD versions.
